100% grass-fed + finished beef suet tallow
organic cold-pressed olive oil
jojoba oil
Organic essential oils - vanilla botanical extract + Australian sandalwood
Serene is the perfect blend to take you into tranquility! It's so calming and light. Sandalwood is soothing to the senses with its sweet and woody aroma. It also encourages healthy, radiant-looking skin. It's a dream for your skin, helping to soothe irritation and blemishes. Its rejuvenating characteristics help to restore the skin’s natural radiance while leaving behind a light, lovely scent. Vanilla is the perfect addition to this blend, as it's relaxing and emotionally grounding. Vanilla provides a sweet, familiar and comforting aroma.
We keep this whip super simple with only 2 essential oils. The oils we use in this blend are safe for kids ages 10+ (per the manufacturer of the oils). We take essential oil safety very seriously. Many essential oils are not safe for young children even though they're marketed that way. We use safe dilution rates in all of our blends. The oils used in this blend are considered pregnancy safe (per the manufacturer of the oils used). Our 4 oz. size is perfect to keep in your purse when you need moisture on the go, and of course, our 9oz size is the perfect addition to your bathroom to use during your skincare routine!
We render all of our tallow blends ourselves from 100% grass-fed + finished beef suet from local farms in IN/KY/IL. All of our products are completely handmade in small batches with lots of love. Tallow comes from suet, which is the fat surrounding the kidneys. Tallow has so many beneficial properties and has been used for literal centuries to heal and moisturize the skin. Tallow is super absorbent and provides immediate availability to the skin. It's loaded with vitamins A, D, K, E and B12. Many use tallow skincare as a daily moisturizer, but it can also be used for skin conditions/rashes such as eczema and psoriasis. In our house, we use tallow for cooking and skincare, including lip balm, deodorant and a facial moisturizer. It's also great for fine lines and wrinkles.
We do not use any artificial ingredients/preservatives in our tallow. It's important to store out of the heat and to keep water and bacteria out of your jar. Tallow is very shelf stable and is generally good for up to a year without issue
Because tallow comes from numerous cows, no two batches are alike. There will be variations in each batch, however, the benefits will remain the same.
