Approximately 12 tablespoons to equal 12 servings. 2.5 oz.
Ingredients: Organic red rooibos, organic cinnamon, organic hibiscus, organic elder flower, organic orange peel, organic lavender, organic peppermint and organic ginger.
Suggested Use: Pour 6 oz. boiling water over one tablespoon of tea. Steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately. Use more or less tea depending on taste preference.
